Description

The target of the acquisition is the personnel rental of Sastamala Food and Cleanliness Services Oy Servi for food and cleanliness service sites, which complements the personnel resources of the company. Temporary agency workers are mainly used to manage short-term and acute replacements and to meet unpredictable short-term labour needs. The need for substitute workers often arises unexpectedly, for example as a result of sick leave, in which case temporary agency workers must be available even for shifts starting on the same day. If necessary, temporary agency workers can also be used for longer-term, fixed-term employment contracts and other labour needs of the Client. The names of the personnel needed by the client are chef, food service worker, service worker, dishwasher and institutional caretaker. According to the client's estimate, the need for temporary agency workers is divided by job title as follows: cook 7%, food service worker 1%, dishwasher 9%, service worker 15%, institutional caretaker - healthcare ward sites and Hopu service centre 26% and institutional caretaker - other sites: 42%. Temporary agency workers may be needed at all the Contracting Entity's work sites (Annex 2. Work sites). Work sites may change, increase or decrease during the contract period. The purchase volumes mentioned in this invitation to tender and the proportions of the purchase need according to the job titles are estimates and the Customer does not commit to any purchase volumes during the contract period. The Customer reserves the right to use its own employment contracts to meet all kinds of labour needs, including short-term and acute replacements (excluding direct employment contracts with employees of the selected Service Provider). The Customer also reserves the right to acquire personnel leasing services from parties other than the selected Service Provider in situations where the selected Service Provider does not have temporary employment for the Customer's needs. A more detailed description of the subject of the procurement can be found in this invitation to tender and its appendices.
