Description

1) The subject of the contract is the maintenance in 2026-2027 of ditches and ponds owned by the City of Poznań. 2) The subject of the contract will be carried out on 20 facilities located in 6 locations, i.e.: Morasko, Kiekrz, Bielniki, Głuszyna, Spławie and Plewiska, in accordance with Annex 3 to the Agreement. 3) A detailed description of the subject of the order, including locations with an indication of facilities and deadlines for the execution of the order, is attached as Annex 1 to the Agreement. 4) A detailed description of the conditions for the performance of the subject of the contract is specified in the Model Contract, constituting Annex No. 10 to the FTZ.
