Description

This competition is for a Framework Agreement for respite care services outside the home for children and adults with disabilities who have a right to this. The service is pursuant to the Health and Care Act § 3-6 No 2.
Users can have varying degrees of disabilities or similar needs and can have additional difficulties, such as mental and/or somatic health challenges.
The contract includes:
— housing respite care,
— group respite care.
The competition is for respite care services for a large and compound target group. The general aim is that users receive services that, in the best way possible, attend to functional and coping abilities, development, independence, participation and life quality when they are in respite care. The content and professional approach of the service must be adapted to each individual user's care needs, age and type of respite care.
