The subject of the contract is the provision of services for the collection and management of solid municipal waste from the area of the Popów Commune, including in particular: 1) collection, transport and management of municipal waste generated and collected on all properties (both single-family and multi-family housing), on which residents live, located in the Popów Commune, properties on which summer cottages are located and from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK); 2) furnishing of properties inhabited in: bags and containers for the collection of mixed municipal waste and bags and containers for the collection of separately collected (segregated) waste; 3) the subject of the contract is described in detail in Annex 1 to this FTZ. 2. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor, when performing the contract, to employ in his own enterprise or to use the work of persons employed in the subcontractor's enterprise on the basis of an employment contract, and this requirement applies to the following persons performing factual activities in the scope of performance of the subject of the contract, i.e.: - drivers of vehicles, - persons involved in the loading/unloading of municipal waste.
