Description

La infraestructura tecnológica de la Agencia, cuenta entre sus sistemas de información con numerosos servicios que dan soporte a la misma, entre los que se encuentran los servicios que, de manera ininterrumpida las 24 horas de los 365 días del año, presta el Servicio Andaluz de Teleasistencia, y los servicios que se prestan a la ciudadanía a través de la ventanilla electrónica y la página Web. Dicha infraestructura precisa de un mantenimiento, tanto correctivo como proactivo, que opere ante situaciones de averías o mal funcionamiento, así como que garantice la optimización y rendimiento de los recursos.
