The Service of Information and Communication Technologies (STIC) is part of the Technical Support and Management Department (DSTG) of the Cadarache Center Management. The CSIS is responsible, in coordination with the Directorate for Information Systems (DSl): - to ensure the maintenance of the CEA information system in operational (MCO) and security (MCS) condition, whether in the field of office automation, science or industrial systems; - to ensure the security of the Centre's information systems, in particular for industrial information systems; - to study, build and maintain IT applications (office and industrial) and technical databases; - managing the Centre's documentary resources, carrying out technology watch studies and deploying electronic document management solutions; - participate in the implementation of national applications under the coordination of the ISD; - managing the Centre's archives (advice to units, management of intermediate archives, payments to the ISD Archives Service); - designing the architecture, deploying, ensuring consistency and proper functioning: • IT networks and resources; • telecommunications and central public address systems. The STIC wishes to benefit from the support of a contract pilot for: • Reduce risks associated with contracts by ensuring that they are executed in accordance with agreed terms and conditions. • Improve supplier management by building strong relationships and ensuring that suppliers comply with contract terms and thus avoid disputes and/or non-conformities. • Increase the efficiency of our contract management process by automating repetitive tasks and using advanced contract management tools. • Reduce costs by negotiating more favourable terms with suppliers before placing orders and thus improve customer-supplier relations. • Improve the visibility and control of our contract portfolio by implementing contract management dashboards and reports. The Holder will provide consulting services in contractual management on behalf of the STIC of Cadarache. Its missions may cover subjects with a level of sensitivity Restricted Dissemination (DR).
