New construction of a hoarding building in 14959 Trebbin - Lot 05 - Lift system
For the new construction of a hoarding building, the building plot with about 4,650m ² area is available. The building site is located near the monument square between Bahnhofstraße and Goethestraße in 14959 Trebbin. The Trebbin sports complex and the sports hall form the north-western boundary of the construction site, and gardens and single-family houses follow in all other directions. In addition to the group and adjoining rooms for the students, the nursery will also house a children's restaurant with children's and issue kitchen, a large sports and exercise room (also for external use) and staff rooms for about 22 employees. In the outdoor areas, among other things, a navigable circular path, an open space for football and climbing facilities are to be created. The new building is designed as a 2-storey building. The approximately 2,575 m ² BGF, which result from the required space program, generate a superstructured area of approximately 1,300 m ². Following the guiding principle that the construction volume is to be dissolved and thus a bridge is built between sports complex and residential buildings, structured bridge is built between sports complex and residential buildings, the new hoard is divided into 3 building wings. The wings are staggered to each other. It creates the impression of several small "houses", which are loosely distributed on the property. The staggered parts of the building allow ideal room exposure and orientation in all directions. The static scaffolding is a system of load-bearing supports, massive ceilings and stiffening walls. The building envelope or outer wall is self-supporting and does not fulfil a load-bearing function. Only columns or short wall discs in the outer wall transmit the ceiling loads into the foundations. The foundation takes place as a base plate with partial well ring foundation. Load-bearing walls and columns are massively made of reinforced concrete or masonry. The balconies and external stairs are also planned as solid construction. The non-load-bearing inner walls are, among other things, lightweight walls or glass. The hoard receives an inclined roof with a wooden pedestal roof chair, rolled on all sides and covered with a standing seam cover. In the first point there is a large skylight, which ensures excellent lighting conditions in the corridors of the group rooms. The advantage of the inclined roof is the low eaves height. Fire protection is ensured by a clear fire protection concept. The building is divided into several utilisation units. The first and second escape routes are secured by external stairs and a central internal staircase On the ground floor, all administrative and employee areas are located in wing 1. Furthermore, there is a sports and exercise room along with required. Adjoining rooms, which can also be used externally (e.g. sports or cultural events in the evening). The Elt.-house connection and server room is also located here. The children's restaurant including a children's kitchen and all adjoining rooms are located on wing 2 of the ground floor. Storage, caretaker and house connection rooms are also located here and have windows for sufficient ventilation. Access via the Nöhringswinkel is guaranteed. In wing 3 EC there are group rooms and the erf. Sanitary areas. The central main staircase leads up to the 1. On the upper floor there are mainly group and theme rooms with the associated adjoining rooms and a large part of the student lockers. Each wing of the building is optimally supplied with daylight in the middle by a large skylight. The entire building is barrier-free, zw. Ground floor and upper floor there is an elevator. The facade is designed as a ventilated ceramic facade. The basic color is beige. A green hue is used between the windows and on accent areas. The windows and glass surfaces are also framed in green. A roof overhang of about 60 cm protects the facade.
