Description

The Free State of Bavaria, represented by the Government of Upper Bavaria – hereinafter referred to as the Contracting Authority or AG – is responsible for the operation of the initial reception facility of ANKERs Oberbayern at Garmischer Straße 2, 80339 Munich – hereinafter referred to as EAE – with currently a maximum of 900 seats. This is where the incoming refugees – hereinafter referred to as residents or patients – are registered. After that, they receive a health examination in accordance with § 62 AsylG.
