Description

La procedura è finalizzata alla conclusione di un accordo quadro con un unico operatore economico ai sensi dell'art. 54, comma 3 del D.Lgs. n. 50/2016, avente ad oggetto l'affidamento del servizio di assistenza domiciliare a favore di persone disabili residenti nei Comuni dell’ATS XXII. La procedura è stata bandita dal Comune di Ascoli Piceno in qualità di ente capofila dell’Ambito territoriale sociale XXII (ATS XXII). Comuni appartenenti all’ATS XXII che hanno manifestato volontà di aderire all’accordo quadro sono: Ascoli Piceno, Acquasanta Terme, Arquata del Tronto, Folignano e Maltignano.
