Travaux de rénovation et réhabilitation pour les établissements adhérents du groupement de commandes du GHT Sud Lorraine: CHRU de Nancy, CH de Toul, CH de Pont-À-Mousson, CH de Lunéville, CH de Commercy, CH de Pompey – lay St Christophe, CH de St Nicolas de Port, CH de Dieuze, CH de Ravenel, 3h Santé et le Centre Psychothérapique de Nancy. Le marché public est divisé en 16 lots attribués individuellement. Il sera établi sous forme d'accord-cadre à marchés subséquents multi-attributaires sans minimum ni maximum en valeur ou en quantité. Le CHRU de Nancy, coordonnateur du groupement de commandes, retiendra 3 opérateurs économiques par lot (sous réserve d'un nombre suffisant de candidatures et d'offres). Les marchés passés sur le fondement de cet accord-cadre, dits marchés subséquents, seront conclus par les établissements, au fur et à mesure de la survenance de leur besoin de travaux, après remise en concurrence des titulaires d'accord-cadre des lots concernés.
