Framework contract delivery medicines Residential care centre Meerminnehof 2026 -2029
In the residential care center Meerminnehof care is provided to 90 residents and 2 residents short stay. In the context of a new award, a pharmacy is sought that is responsible for the daily delivery of all medication, both for individual residents and for the residential care center, which is within a general supply use. The medication is offered in unidoses, multidoses and bulk packaging. There is also the possibility to support the residential care centre in the administration of oxygen therapy, aerosol therapy and systematic medication administration by means of a spray driver. The residential care centre strives for a safe, user-friendly and intuitive application in order to achieve a safe medication policy. The supplying pharmacy is expected to participate in this as an active partner and to offer support in this. A new healthcare file is currently being rolled out (CEVI), with which the application must be compatible on the one hand. On the other hand, the application must also be flexible and adaptable according to the course of the implementation process of the care file. The amount of supplies is estimated at EUR 70 000, including VAT, per year. This amount is indicative and depends on the prescriptions deemed necessary by the attending physicians. This is a non-binding estimate: if the estimated amount is not met, this has no financial impact on the contracting authority.
