Description

The aim of the project is to conclude, in accordance with the applicable procurement legislation, a new framework contract for printing services in good time, in line with the current and future needs of the university. This agreement should provide high-quality, sustainable and cost-efficient printing services, with flexibility, delivery reliability and user-friendliness at its core. In addition, the project aims to identify and, where possible, standardise or optimise internal customer demand through a transparent and careful tendering process. The final result is a contract with one or more suppliers who are able to professionally unburden the university in the field of printed matter in the coming years, in line with the university's strategic policy and sustainability objectives.
