The subject-matter of the contract is the sale (supply) of 4 048 332 kWh (± 15 %) of electricity with the parameters set out in the Energy Law Act, the regulations implementing that Act and complying with the applicable standards in the following quantities for each tariff group:
1) 1 506 054 kWh (± 15 %) for B21,
2) 913 604 kWh (± 15 %) for C11,
3) 906 150 kWh (± 15 %) for C12b of which:
(a) peak (day) 326 214 kWh
(b) Outside peak (night) 579 936 kWh
(4) 125 222 kWh (± 15 %) for C12a of which:
(a) peak (day) 40 300 kWh
(b) Outside peak (night) 84 922 kWh
(5) 491 612 kWh (± 15 %) for C21
(6) 105 690 kWh (± 15 %) for C22a of which:
(a) peak (day) 33 041 kWh
(b) Outside peak (night) 72 649 kWh. The sale of electricity covers the period from 1.5.2019 to 30.4.2020 for the Contracting Authorities’ premises.
