Description

The acquisition covers the year-round maintenance of the general areas under the City of Lahti's maintenance responsibility as a 6-year area contract for the period from 1 October 2026 to 30 September 2032. The contract is a project management contract with a target price. The contract shall begin at the time of signature of the contract. The contractor shall be responsible for the care management tasks, procurements and the care work in accordance with the contract. Works in accordance with the contract product cards and/or the contract programme will begin on 1 October 2026. The contract is not divided into lots, as the works of the contract are considered to form a whole, the division of which by the contracting entity would be inappropriate for technical and economic reasons (Act on Public Procurement and Concessions 1397/2016, §75). The City of Lahti Urban Environment Service Area (later the customer) will ask you (later the bidder) for a regional contract for the eastern area of the city of Lahti, Lahti, eastern area contract 1.10.2026-30.9.2032. The client requires that the contract offer be made on the basis of the tender documents and familiarisation with the contract area. The tender documents are set out in the enclosed list of documents. The area and quantity data describing the extent of the contract area can be found in the list of works. Maps have been produced to complement it. In addition, the calculation of the tender is supported by identifiers for Lahti's asset management system Trimble's Field User web interface, which allows the tenderer to learn more about the scope and content of the contract. A quick guide to the above-mentioned user interface with passwords is provided in Appendix 5.1 Fielduser Help. The tender is made in Finnish. Official communication between the client and the provider takes place in Finnish.
