Description

Project 22.825/2 – Supply of membranes at RWZI Schilde.
The project provides and assembles the membranes with an increase in capacity of the continuous flow for RWZI Schilde, Houtlaan 2, 2970 Schilde.
The contract shall include, in accordance with the specifications:
(1) verification and approval of the design letter of the capacity extension of the membrane bioreactor plant as described in these specifications;
(2) supply and installation of 32 membrane assettes in accordance with the technical provisions of these specifications;
(3) minor alterations to the piping work; minor adjustments to optimise bulge aeration;
(4) providing the necessary start-up assistance;
(5) providing a TTF (Time to Filter kit);
(6) provision of a test bench;
(7) delivery of the acceptance file;
(8) carrying out the guarantee tests;
(9) the training of operators as described in the Technical Provisions and the technological guidance during the warranty period;
(10) supply of a drum sieve and a roasting transport screw;
(11) installation of a drum sieve and a roast-holding transport screw.
