Description

The subject-matter of the contract is the performance of the contract entitled ‘Services relating to the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from the municipality of Miedźno’, divided into two parts:
Lot No 1 of the contract – ‘Services relating to the collection and transport of municipal waste from owners living in the municipality of Miedźno’,
Lot No 2 of the contract – ‘Services relating to the management of municipal waste from the municipality of Miedźno’. The subject of the contract must be performed in accordance with the description in the ToR and the applicable law.
The detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is:
(a) Model contract – appendice No 8a (for Lot No 1 of the contract),
(b) model contract – appendice No 8b (concerning: Lot No 2 of the contract),
(C) Description of the subject-matter of the contract (OPZ) – Lot No 1 – Appendix No 7a,
(D) Description of the subject-matter of the contract (OPZ) – Lot No 2 – Appendix 7b.
