Description

The subject matter of the public procurement procedure is ‘Conducting emergency maintenance, construction and repair works and construction and installation works of the water supply network on the territory of Sofia Municipality – South-West Zone and South-East Zone’, divided into the following lots: Lot 1: ‘Performance of emergency maintenance, construction, repair and construction works of the water supply network on the territory of Sofia Municipality – South-West Zone’ Lot 2: ‘Performance of emergency maintenance, construction, repair and construction works of the water supply network on the territory of Sofia Municipality - South-East Zone’ The Contractor undertakes to provide the necessary manpower, transport, facilities and equipment for the purpose of quality performance and within the term of the works assigned by the Contracting Authority, in accordance with the provisions of the contract. The Contractor undertakes to ensure a continuous 24-hour emergency response to emergency situations when and as required by the Contracting Authority. The contractor was not guaranteed the quantities of works awarded under the contract.
