Tuomi Logistiikka Oy, commissioned by Tampereen Infra Oy, will tender the HR system package as a SaaS service and payroll administration services in such a way and to the extent as described in more detail below in this contract notice / request to participate. The contract notice/request to participate is accompanied by the following documents: Annex A: Preliminary description of the subject of the contract Annex B: Draft agreement Annex C: The negotiated procedure referred to in section 34 of the Act on Public Procurement and Concession Contracts 1397/2016 (hereinafter referred to as the Procurement Act) is used as a procurement procedure as described in more detail in the section "Additional information on the procurement or part of it" of the request to participate.
