Description

SKI plans to put out to tender a framework contract for the purchase of hotel accommodation called 16.06 Hotel stays (2027). The framework agreement is expected to be offered as one nationwide agreement, where a number of places are reserved in advance for hotel stays in specifically demarcated geographical areas, spread across the country's regions and postal codes, as well as for demarcated areas in Greenland and the Faroe Islands, in order to ensure a wide range of suppliers distributed throughout Denmark and demarcated areas in Greenland and the Faroe Islands that can meet SKI's customers' purchasing needs. It will be described in the tender documents which customers can use the framework agreement. As part of the preparation, SKI conducts a technical dialogue where the market is given the opportunity to provide input to parts of the tender documentation. The technical dialogue will start in early January 2026 and will be implemented over two weeks. For further information, please refer to www.ski.dk, which regularly informs you about e.g. dates relating to the tender.
