Description

Parallel assignments for preparation of a principal plan with illustrations for future urban development at Lierstranda. The parallel assignments shall function as future model and input for the ongoing municipal plan process and further planning works. The parallel assignments shall demonstrate options for development of Lierstranda as a sustainable and attractive urban area with high living qualities. It will be emphasised that good environmental qualities, low greenhouse gas emission and energy efficiency are prepared. The plan area is approx. 1 000 decare.
The Awarding Authority requests input for utilisation with the urban area’s content and character. The development must be sufficient extensive in order to finance infrastructure, joint property and areas for the public. Transport and traffic solutions for the urban area must be made visible as a part of the assignment.
The Awarding Authority aims at entering into 3 parallel assignments with premises described in the attached programme (annex 2). Dialogue with the Awarding Authority during the contract period must be expected.
