Description

Subject matter of the invitation to tender for the award of a concession for the provision of a local public utility service to maintain public lighting in the municipality of Brežice.
A concession covers the provision of municipal public economic services to maintain public lighting and the provision of other services provided for by the Act, the implementing regulations governing the tasks to be performed within the public service, qualitative and technical standards for the provision of the public service, the Ordinance on public lighting in the municipality of Brežice (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia No 36/08), the tender documents and the concession contract necessary for the smooth operation of the public service maintenance of public lighting, including the management of the cadastre, the preparation of service programmes and reports.
The concession contract will be concluded for a fixed term of 4 years in accordance with the Ordinance on public lighting in the municipality of Brežice.
The contract is awarded as a whole, partial applications will not be considered.
