The subject of the procurement is the Electronic Office Business and Digital Documentation Management System (hereinafter: System) and supporting services of analysis of related IT systems of the Client, services of implementation and integration of the System, with included system maintenance service and licenses required for the use of the System. The procurement also includes the right to adapt the System to change the related IT systems of the Client. The system consists of the following subsystems: • Subsystem for Electronic Office Business (SEUP) • Subsystem for Digital Document Management (DMS) • Subsystem for Digital Archiving • Subsystem for Optical Text Recognition of Scanned Documents (OCR) • Subsystem for Reporting • Subsystem for Supervision and Administration The subject of procurement is defined in detail by the Project Task, Cost Statement, Other Instructions to Tenderers and the Contract Proposal, which are an integral part of this Documentation.
