Description

The purpose of the contract is to obtain a fixed term credit line for a maximum amount of EUR 250 million to be contracted by the contracting authority, namely: Ecetia Intercommunale SCRL. This credit line is intended to enable Ecetia Intercommunale SCRL to finance the performance of the tasks entrusted to it by Sowaer in accordance with the management agreement of 29.12.2010, which replaces an agreement of 27.10.2005 relating to the same subject matter, namely: the arrangements for carrying out the tasks of general interest entrusted by the Walloon Government to Sowaer in connection with the management of environmental programmes linked to the development of Liège-Bierset airport.
