Description

The contracting authority estimates the consultancy needs at around 400 days spread out in a non-uniform manner over the four years of the duration of the contract: in some years, the number of days ordered may be low or even zero, while in other years it may be significantly higher. In addition, the indicative quantity of 400 days could, at the end of the contract, either not be reached or be exceeded within the limit of the maximum legally authorised order amount.
