The subject-matter of the contract is the provision of ‘Sitemaster Services (Supervision) for the investment object ‘Construction of new premises for the Piatra Neamț County Emergency Hospital, Neamț County, with innovative functions and technologies for climate protection and digitalisation’, within the project ‘Construction of new premises for the Piatra Neamț County Emergency Hospital, Neamț County’, with innovative functions and technologies for climate protection and digitalisation’ financed from the National Programme for Investment in Hospital Facilities Infrastructure – Call: PNIIUS/655/PNIIUS_P1/NA/PNIIUS_OS1/ PNIIUS_A1, Call Type C, in accordance with Financing Contract No 53269/29.04.2026, in accordance with the tender specifications. NOTE: a) The deadline by which economic operators may submit requests for clarifications or additional information in relation to the tender documentation as referred to in Section I.3 - 20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders, in accordance with Article 160(1) and (2) of Law No 98/2016. b) To the extent that requests for clarifications have been sent within the deadline specified in the documentation, the contracting authority shall respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders, in accordance with Article 161(1) of Law No 98/2016. In case of requests for clarifications after the deadline indicated above, the contracting authority reserves the right not to reply.
