The subject of the procurement is the management services of the construction project during the execution of works on the construction of the connecting coast Dobrika-Rogač as part of the project of modernization of the port area of the Port of Šibenik, in accordance with the Cost Statement, which forms an integral part of this Procurement Document. Construction project management services include services within the meaning of the Act on Physical Planning and Construction Jobs and Activities (OG 78/15, 118/18, 110/19) and other applicable regulations.
