Description

1. The subject of the contract is the performance of a task called: ‘Construction of a RES installation on the premises of the WSE S.A. branch – Staszic pumping station’. Note: The Staszic pumping station is entered in the register of monuments of the Silesian Voivodeship under number A/464/2016, which determines the obligation to agree with the Monument Conservator on the principles included in the PFU, and the provisions of generally applicable law. 2. The scope of the contract includes the design, construction and commissioning of a photovoltaic installation with a capacity of up to 140 kW, including connection to the power grid, and obtaining formal and legal documentation required by applicable law, necessary for the commissioning and operation of the installation in question. The subject of the contract also includes performing author's supervision during the performance of construction works. 3. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is provided in Annex 7 to the FTZ – Functional and Utility Programme. The contract is divided into a project part and an executive part, and the conditions for the performance of the contract are detailed in Annex 8 to the FTZ – Draft provisions of the contract. 4. Task co-financed under the programme: European Funds for Silesia 2021-2027 Priority FESL.10 ‘European funds for transformation’ Measure FESL.10.6 ‘Development of distributed energy based on renewable energy sources’.
