1. Name of the contract: Renewal of support for the VMware antivirus protection system. 2. The subject of the contract is: 2.1. purchase and provision by the Contractor of the Renewal of the Manufacturer's Technical Assistance* for the Software License held by the Ordering Party; 2.2. purchase and delivery to the Purchaser's Location of Supplemental Licenses to the Software and delivery of detailed license conditions for this Software (specified by the Manufacturer) confirming the purchase of Supplemental Licenses to the Software and their granting by the Manufacturer; 2.3. provision by the Contractor of the Activation of the Manufacturer's Technical Assistance for the Supplemental Software Licenses purchased and delivered to the Customer's Location; 2.4. provision of Service Support Services by the Contractor. 3.
