This market is intended to allow the clearance of sites, housing, congested and soiled not respecting the rules of health and public health. Cleaning and disinfection make it possible to clean treated areas, to make private or public spaces healthy. These clearance actions will be carried out within the framework of the police powers of the mayor or prefect according to the situations observed and in application of the adapted code (public health code, environmental code, general code of local authorities, building and housing code).
