Description

The subject of the contract is the supply of new printers. In addition to the on-site delivery of the printers, the contracting authority requires the provision of related services consisting, in particular, in their delivery to the contracting authority of a predetermined place of installation, connection and animation of the subject-matter of the contract. The contracting authority will take environmental considerations into account when procuring this contract. Equipment shall meet the energy efficiency requirements for office equipment in accordance with the Energy Star requirements for the European Union. Removal and environmentally friendly disposal of technical equipment packaging is required. The aim of the project is to maximise the homogenisation of print hardware (HW) in the courts and at the Ministry of Justice of the Slovak Republic (MS SR). For this reason, the contracting authority requires the provision of technical equipment – printers from the same manufacturer for the entire justice sector. The ability to manage central multifunction printers is one of the main motivations for such a purchase. Another relevant reason is the fact that HW from one manufacturer makes complex troubleshooting, servicing and additional purchases of consumables easier (more efficient).
