‘Consultancy service for control, management, construction supervision and preparation of technical passports for Belovo traction substation’. The main activities envisaged for implementation under this contract are as follows: Action 1: Control and management of design and construction; Activity 2: Preparatory activities before the start of construction; Activity 3: Performing construction supervision during construction, as well as the activities under Art. 166, para 1, item 2 of the Spatial Planning Act (referring to inspection and control of the delivered and used construction products) and under Art. 176b of the Spatial Planning Act (drawing up of Technical Passport(s); Activity 4: Closing activities. In the event of a need, an option under Article 21(1) of the Public Procurement Act and Article 5(1) of the PPZOP is provided for the preparation of a report on the conformity assessment of the working design of Belovo HDV, including the provision of an assessment of the conformity of the ‘Constructive’ part under Article 142(10) of the Spatial Development Act and the ‘Energy Efficiency’ part.
