The subject of the contract covers the collection, transport and management of all municipal waste generated and collected by the owners of real estate covered by the municipal waste collection system in the Municipality of Bobrowo and from the Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point located in the Municipality of Bobrowo, delivery and setting of containers for real estate and running a mobile Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point. The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding the contract referred to in Art. 1 point 7 PPL consisting in the repetition of similar services in the event of exhaustion of the amount of remuneration specified in the contract before 31.12.2025, but not more than 40% of the contract value originally specified in the contract.
