Description

In the course of the accommodation of the state authorities, the buildings of Mecklenburgstraße 4-6 are to be fundamentally renovated on the basis of the DZ. In addition to the furnishing as an office building (special construction), house, fire protection and safety requirements are also implemented. With the planning order dated 02.01.20, there is a space requirement of 3,019 m ² (NUF1-6) for the interim accommodation of the State Chancellery. The total construction costs are set at 49.3 million (M4-6 and 8). Both buildings (M4 -6) have a GFA of 13,621 m². Above-average planning requirements can be assumed. The planning services include: Property planning TA Buildings for buildings M 4-6. Specific performance obligations in accordance with the attached procurement documents. The planning scope initially includes the performance level 4bis5 (LPH 8-9 HOAI). The confirmed EW construction of 04/2023 has to be implemented. The LS 2-3 (LPH 5- 7 HOAI) can be operated if required. The result of the LS 2-3 is provided for further use.
