The subject-matter of the contract is the Design and Execution of a 233.80 m long ‘Bridge on DN 3, km 242+286 in Basarabi, Constanța County’, in accordance with the provisions of the works contract. In accordance with Article 160(1) of Law No 98/2016, as amended, the deadline by which any economic operator interested in participating in the public procurement procedure has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the tender documentation is 25 days before the deadline for submission of tenders.
