This consultation aims to set up framework agreements for the development of specific IT solutions and third-party application maintenance of the city of Lyon and their industrialized hosting. Framework agreements shall be concluded for a fixed period from the date of their notification until 13/01/2030. The provisional date for notification is 01/09/2025. Performance of the services covered by the framework agreements may not begin before 14 January 2026. The period between the date of notification and 14/01/2026 will constitute a take-over period
