Description

1. The subject of the contract is the sale of electricity within the meaning of the Energy Law Act (Dz. Journal of Laws 2024, item 266 as amended), hereinafter referred to as the sale of electricity to the Commune of Stalowa Wola, the Commune of Zaleszany, the units financed from their budgets of Sport i Rekreacja Stalowa Wola sp. z o. o. and Nieruchomości Stalowa Wola sp. z o. o. in the organisation of the planned amount of approximately 8 743 702 kWh/year for the indicated consumption points (name of buildings, facilities – according to Annexes 1a, 1b, 1c and 1d a list of electricity metering points), together with street lighting. 2. The electricity demand shown in Annex 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d is indicative (estimated) and at the same time necessary to determine the value of the contract and to select the most advantageous tender. The indicated amount of energy used may change at the stage of order execution. 3.The tender procedure for the sale of electricity includes the purchase of electricity in the estimated period from 01.01.2026 to 31.12.2027.
