Description

The purpose of this procurement is to conclude a framework contract for the purchase of video cystoscopes (hereinafter referred to as singular equipment or plural equipment) for the performance of urological examinations and procedures. The contracting authority shall conclude a framework agreement with a term of 4 (four) years from the conclusion of the framework agreement or until the maximum quantity of the framework agreement is reached, whichever comes first. The maximum quantity of equipment to be purchased under the framework contract is 10 (10 items). The contracting authority purchases 4 (four) devices after the conclusion of the framework contract and reserves the right, but does not undertake, to purchase 6 (six) more devices during the period of validity of the framework contract. / Grounds for exclusion and selection criteria: See procurement documents
