Description

1. The subject matter of the contract is the continuous supply of medical, technical and special gases, including liquid medical oxygen (hereinafter also referred to as ‘goods’), as ordered by the contracting authority, and the long-term lease of pressure bottles. Further specifications, including indicative quantities, are given in the price quotation form in Annex 1. 2. Participants may submit tenders only for the entire contract. 3. The contracting authority requests to submit a proposal for long-term leasing of bottles. If the quantity of contracted bottles is exceeded, submit a daily lease for each type of cylinder.
