1. The subject of the contract is the supply, installation, commissioning and instruction on the operation of the supplied set of equipment, which is an retrofitting of the Laboratory of Electronics and Acoustics of the Łukasiewicz Research Network - PIMOT. The supplied set of equipment is to enable the extension of the measurement range of the accredited Łukasiewicz - PIMOT research laboratory to carry out tests and measurements of photometric and colorimetric components used in the automotive industry. 2. The subject matter of the contract includes: 1) a station for measuring lamps, 2) a station for measuring light sources, 3) a station for measuring retro-reflective devices. 3. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in Annex 1 (Description of the subject-matter of the contract) and Annex 6 to the SWZ (Draft contract). 4. The contracting authority does not divide the contract into lots and thus does not allow partial tenders to be submitted. Justification: The contract as a whole is adapted to the needs of small and medium-sized enterprises within the meaning of Annex I to Commission Regulation (EU) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014. Splitting the contract into lots would be an artificial procedure and would violate the principle of rational spending of funds by the contracting authority. For technological and executive reasons and rational spending of public funds, it is not possible to divide it into parts. Dividing the contract into lots would risk restricting competition or creating excessive technical difficulties and costs for the performance of the contract, including the need to coordinate the activities of the different contractors performing the different lots. 5. The Ordering Party does not reserve the obligation to personally perform key tasks by the Contractor. 6. The Ordering Party requires the implementation of the subject of the contract within 8 months from the date of conclusion of the contract. This term also applies to the optional scope if the Ordering Party exercises the right of option. Text automatically translated in your browsing language Automatically translated
