Description

Im Rahmen eines mehrjährigen Transformationsvorhabens schreibt die Stadtwerke Lübeck Gruppe einen Rahmenvertrag für Beratungsleistungen aus, die zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung des Customer Excellence Programms (CEP) beitragen sollen. Das Programm ist auf eine Laufzeit von drei bis fünf Jahren angelegt und derzeit in sechs zentrale Projektbereiche untergliedert, die insgesamt mindestens 21 Teilprojekte umfassen.
