Description

The building to be renovated is House III of the VBL, built in 1957. It has UG, EC and 1-4. ABOVE Offices are located in cell structure.
The VBL intends to provide technical equipment, TA 1+ 2+ 3+ 8 for the rehabilitation of 2-4. Projectiles to be awarded. A combined office structure has been implemented in the EC and 1.OG, which has already been rehabilitated. The meeting and training rooms rehabilitated in the 4.OG, including kitchens, are not part of the contract.
The plan is to restructure office space along the lines of the two floors already being renovated. Technical equipment in zone 2.-4. Og is to be completely renewed.
The installation and disposal infrastructure for new kitchenettes, conversion of the existing WC system in the EC into a disabled toilet, the renewal of existing radiators and ducts and the connection of the ventilation system with cooling to the existing system and connection to the building management system are planned.
