Description

1. The subject of the contract are successive deliveries of bread and confectionery to the Police School in Piła in an approximate quantity of 27 420 kg. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and a full list of the assortment being the subject of supplies and the estimated quantity of ordered products are given in the Assortment and Quantity Specification, which constitutes Annex 2 to the SWZ. That annex forms part of the tender and must therefore be submitted in the form laid down for the tender. The quantities given are estimates and do not oblige the Ordering Party to purchase products in these quantities. 3. Pursuant to Article 433(4) of the Public Procurement Act, the Ordering Party reserves the right not to perform the subject of the contract with a value of up to 50% of the total gross remuneration. The Contractor shall not be entitled to any financial or legal claims for failure to perform part of the contract. 4. Delivery, unloading and delivery of the subject of the contract will be carried out at the Contractor's expense included in the price of the products covered by the public procurement contract. 5. Delivery of the subject of the contract will be carried out by means of transport of the Contractor approved for the carriage of food. 6. The Contractor is obliged to have a current certificate of entry in the register of establishments subject to official control by the competent authorities – in accordance with the Food and Nutrition Safety Act of 25 August 2006 (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws 2023, item 1448) or a current administrative decision on entry in the register of establishments or approval of an establishment issued by a district veterinary officer with an identification number in accordance with Article 21 para. 4 of the Act of 16 December 2005 on products of animal origin (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws 2023, item 872 as amended). The offered products must meet the requirements listed in the applicable provisions of the law on the production and marketing of food.
