The former Court of Appeal for Western Sweden, G:a Hovrätten, was built in 1948 and is located in Renströmsparken in Gothenburg (Näckrosen). The building is subject to a demolition ban and protective provisions in a detailed plan. It is part of the national interest for the conservation of the cultural environment and Gothenburg's conservation programme. The refurbishment project, turnkey contract, is at an early stage and where different tenant concepts need to be tested together with a contractor and experts in different areas of expertise to understand what is possible or not.
