Description

It is a single-awarded framework agreement, with subsequent contracts, without option or variant, concluded upon notification for a period of one year, renewable three times per period of one year. It will be allotted as follows: - Lot 1: The rental supply, installation, technical maintenance and uninstallation of ice rinks for the holiday season. - Lot 2: The management of the collection of entrance fees and the operation (reception, distribution of skates and animations on the ice rink) More precisely, lot n°1 is without minimum and with a maximum amount of 400,000 Euros excluding tax per period. Lot 2 is concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount of EUR 200 000 excluding VAT per period. The contract will take the form of a single-awarded framework agreement for each lot. Lot 1 will be treated at a flat-rate price on the basis of a standard estimate equivalent to a price ceiling schedule. Lot 2 will be processed at a mixed price.
