SUSPENSIONAL CLAUSIS: The procedure for the award of public contracts is initiated under this standstill clause (for a period of 6 to 6 months) , in the sense that the conclusion of the public contract for each lot awarded is conditional on the allocation of budget appropriations for this purpose, the contract being signed in compliance with the provisions on the commitment of expenditure from budgets covered by public finance legislation. Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications: 20. The contracting authority will respond in a clear and complete manner to all requests for clarifications/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline for the submission of tenders.
