With this European tender procedure, the Client aims to contract a professional and reliable Contractor for the performance of cleaning services. The purpose of the assignment is to ensure a clean, hygienic and safe living environment for residents and users of the location, during the entire term of the agreement. In doing so, the Client aims to provide a service that: moves flexibly with the phased commissioning of buildings; corresponds to a high and intensive frequency of use of the site; contributes to a clean, safe and liveable living environment; responds to differences in use, space types and occupant groups; adequately accommodates changes in occupancy rate, use intensity and commissioning of buildings, while maintaining agreed quality levels; is scalable during the term of the contract. In addition, the following principles apply: hygiene and safety are structurally guaranteed; the service is reliable and predictable; Client and Contractor work together on the basis of transparency, proactive communication and joint ownership for a high-quality performance of the service.
