Przedmiotem zamówienia jest Dostawa i montaż mebli dla Zakładu Patomorfologii i Bloku Operacyjnego w ramach realizacji projektu: Drugi etap budowy CKD UM w Łodzi wraz z Akademickim Ośrodkiem Onkologicznym, z podziałem na dwa Pakiety: Pakiet I – dostawa i montaż mebli biurowych Pakiet II – dostawa i montaż mebli metalowych Szczegółowy Opis przedmiotu zamówienia- parametry techniczne – stanowi: - załącznik 2.1.B do SWZ – w zakresie Pakietu I - załącznik 2.2.B do SWZ – w zakresie Pakietu II. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest zrealizować zamówienie na zasadach i warunkach opisanych we wzorze umowy stanowiącym Załącznik nr 4 do SWZ.
