The subject-matter of the contract is to grant/ensure the granting of a licence for the use of standard software by the Ordering Party, updates of standard software packages, subscriptions to standard software service packages, collectively referred to as ‘Products’, and technical support services for Products (Unified Support), specified in the table and described in detail in the Description of the subject-matter of the contract. The Products and Services supplied will be standard products and services – generally available on the market (commercial off-the-shelf type - COTS).
