Description

Contract for the supply, installation and commissioning of medical equipment for the endowment of ophthalmology, physiotherapy and otorhinolaryngology offices, as well as of the medical analysis laboratory within C.M.D.T.A. Ploiesti, for each batch. A. In accordance with Article 160(1) of Law No 98/2016, the deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the tender documentation is 15 days before the deadline for the submission of tenders. B. In accordance with Article 160(2) of Law No 98/2016, the contracting authority shall respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information at least 10 days before the deadline set for the submission of tenders, to the extent that they are submitted within the deadline specified.
