Description

Contracts shall start from their date of notification and end on 31 July 2028, with the exception of services relating to the provision of meals to CM1/CM2 pupils at the Marius Pinard public primary school in the Municipality of Valserhône. These services relating to the provision of meals to CM1/CM2 students of the Marius Pinard public primary school of the Municipality of Valserhône start from the notification of contract No 2023140TMS3 (lot No 3) until 31 July 2025.These services may be renewed for an additional school year by letter addressed to the holder respecting a three-month advance notice period. For Lots 2 and 3, the contract is subject to a joint procedure. For lot 1, the Department of Ain acts on its own account. For lot 2, the Department acts as coordinator of the grouping of orders between the Department of Ain and the Association du restaurant communal de Chaneins-Valeins. For lot 3, the Department acts as coordinator of the grouping of orders between the Department of Ain and the municipality of Valserhône. Under Article L.2122-1 of the CG3P and under the conditions laid down in Article 2 of the CCTP, the contracts authorise the contractor to make economic use of the half-board premises of the colleges referred to in the contract.
